Terms and Conditions for Corporate Bookings Joe Jangles’ Crazy Christmas Show 1. Definitions • The Company: Refers to Joe Jangles Parties. • The Client: Refers to the individual or organization booking the show. • The Show: Refers to Joe Jangles’ Crazy Christmas Show, as described in the booking. 2. Booking and Payment • Full payment of the total fee is required to secure the booking. • Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods agreed upon in writing. 3. Cancellation Policy • Cancellation by the Client: • More than 90 days before the event: Full refund of any payments made, excluding £100 admin fee.. • 45-90 days before the event: 50% refund of the total fee. • Less than 45 days before the event: No refund. • Cancellation by the Company: • In the unlikely event the Company cancels the booking, a full refund of all payments made will be issued. The Company will also endeavor to arrange an alternative entertainer where possible. 4. Event Requirements • The Client must provide a suitable performance space with sufficient lighting and access to electrical outlets. • A minimum of 1 hour prior to the performance is required for setup. • The Client must ensure that the venue complies with all relevant health and safety regulations. • The Client must inform the Company in advance of any specific requirements, such as sound equipment or special access considerations. 5. Liability and Insurance • The Company carries public liability insurance. Copies of certificates can be provided upon request. • The Company is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to venue conditions or audience behavior. 6. Intellectual Property • All content, including scripts, performances, and branding of the Show, is the property of Joe Jangles Parties and may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. 7. Force Majeure • The Company is not liable for non-performance or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions. 8. Amendments • Any changes to the booking, including date, time, or venue, must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. 9.
